Interesting facts about erica flowers:

Ericas are beautiful fynbos plants with extraordinary bright flowers which are shaped like miniature bells. These blooms symbolize strength, admiration, good luck, love and protection.

There are approximately 800 species of Erica, of which an astonishing 700 species are indigenous to South Africa. As a wild plant, the ericas seen in these keychains, are typically found on the Garden Route between Humansdorp and Swellendam. You might have spotted a few of their big bright pink bushes along the road during our summer time.
