Once you have purchased a gift voucher and we have received a notification of your payment, we will email the gift voucher to you along with a voucher code.

Your loved one will have to enter the unique voucher code on checkout where the rand value will be deducted from their order total.

Please note: The buyer will need to either purchase up to the value of the voucher or over. The buyer will not be credited for any balance under the value of the voucher. For example. If your order total is R300 and your voucher is valued at R350, the balance of R50 will be lost.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12months.
